RCRA HAZARDOUS WASTE TRAINING

This is a course designed for individuals who are required to have a certain level of training when dealing with hazardous waste materials or in the clean-up of hazardous waste. This training is conducted in general compliance with 40 CFR 265.16 of the Environmental Protection Agency Regulations and 29 CFR 1910.120 Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. Individuals who may be required to take this training include:

  1. Hospital workers who dispose of biological, surgical and process waste.

  2. Commercial businesses where the generation of hazardous waste is common or if employees within these companies are required to implement specific spill response activities or be in compliance with various plans or programs (SWPPP, PIPP or SPCC plans).

This course can be taught at a client's location and can be tailored to meet site specific conditions or requirements. DeLisle must be notified at least a week prior to the start of class in order to allow site specific materials to be implemented into the course.
