We can do this through our state of the art Application Service Provider (ASP) hosting service that is user friendly, secure, and accessible from anywhere in the world 24/7 using any web browser. We have on our staff Industrial Hygiene, Environmental and Training professionals that integrate with ourInformation Technology (IT) staff to develop and maintain your documentation. DODS© is a dynamic on-line repository that provides documentation archiving and retrieval normally found in most desktop systems. PDF, TIF, JPEG, or any other image type file can be viewed in the system depending on your needs. DODS© is not just software it is a service whereby DeLisle's staff is monitoring/auditing to assure that there is a high level of compliance with keeping your records current within the guidelines that you establish. DeLisle's staff will even begin phone calling (if requested) once an employee reaches the 30 days expiration mark on any given deadline. The big difference between DODS © and industry desktop software is that we are offering a SERVICE and you will have third party CONTRACTUAL CONSISTENCY.
